When can I expect a reply?

We typically respond within 1-2 business days. We might take a little longer during peak or holiday seasons. We promise to always get back to you as fast as we can during these times, thank you for your understanding.

My order arrived damaged/incorrect

We're sorry to hear that😞 Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can make it right. Please include a description of the damage, and images of the damaged product and packaging.

Oops. I missed a typo!

We'll always do everything we can to avoid this from happening. That's why we make sure to get your approval on the digital preview first (if requested). If you approved it (or didn't respond to our messages), but there was a typo or other mistake that escaped you, then, we can't offer a refund. However, please contact us, and we'll do our best to help you out.

What is your return/refund policy? Can I cancel my order?

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
If you need to cancel your order please do so within 12 HOURS of placing it, OR before approving your preview (whichever comes first), and we will gladly issue a full refund.

After 12 hours, your order goes into production and cannot be canceled without penalty. In this situation, we can only provide a 50% refund of the order total. Please contact us if you need to cancel the order after 12 hours.

In the case of customized products, we do not issue refunds or process returns after the item has been shipped.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Once your product is sent we do not issue refunds.

That being said, please contact us if you have any problems with your order. If an error was made on our part, we'll do what we can to fix it!

When will I receive my digital preview?

If requested, we'll send you a digital preview within 2-3 business days through Etsy messages or email. We ask that you please keep an eye out for it. The quicker you approve your preview, the faster we can ship it to you 🙂 If there's no response, we'll attempt to contact you a second time before we begin production.

When will I receive my order?

We do our best to move quickly. It can take up to 2 weeks to get your order to your doorstep for orders in the USA, and up to 4 weeks for international orders.

Can you rush my order?

We offer options to expedite production and shipping. Please contact us before placing your order, so that we can make sure that you can get your item delivered before your event 🙂

Can I make changes to one of your designs?

We work hard to make sure that when our designs are printed, they come out with the highest quality. Changing the font, or another fundamental aspect of the design, compromises that quality, and for that reason, we don't make such changes. However, we do offer an option to work with you to create a custom piece. Please contact us to make sure we can make it just like you want it.

Can you add my custom logo or design?

Absolutely, we'd love to work with you to create the perfect custom piece for you. Before you place your order, please contact us to make sure we can make it just like you want it.
